Twenty-eight Capital One employees provided one-on-one support to LIFT-Chicago’s clients by conducting mock interviews and reviewing resumes. The service event was a smashing success with all of the clients feeling more ready than ever to face the sometimes stressful job application process. It was as impactful for the Capital One team as they described their experience as a “fulfilling” and “encouraging” uplifted experience.
