PHILADELPHIA, PA— LIFT-Philadelphia is thrilled to announce a $17,000 award from Bank of America through its corporate giving arm, the Bank of America Charitable Foundation, Inc. These funds will provide direct support for LIFT-Philadelphia’s core program focusing on under-served, low-income individuals who are working towards economic stability and overcoming challenges in their lives.
This is the third year that Bank of America has supported LIFT-Philadelphia through programmatic grants and in that time Bank of America has increased its support to LIFT-Philadelphia from $5,000 to $17,000. LIFT’s continuing relationship with Bank of America is indicative of the organizations’ shared goal of helping Philadelphians meet their basic needs through integrated support services as they work towards economic stability and well-being.
