This event is our time to give back to our clients. A family portrait is a luxury for many, and this project is LIFT’s way of valuing our clients inside and outside of client meetings and letting client families walk away with something tangible to treasure.
The significant accomplishments LIFT-Evanston has achieved this year helping individuals and families forge their paths out of poverty wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of our volunteers, clients, and valued community partners working together. In celebration of our community’s hard work this year, we are hosting a Family Portrait Picnic. We will have a professional photographer on hand to take high-quality portraits for clients to keep and cherish. As a valued community partner, we would like to invite you and your clients to join us in this celebration.
Food/Refreshments: Picnic foods (hot dogs, hamburgers, and all the fixings) will be provided.
Photographs: Aparna Paul Jain will be volunteering her time and services as our portrait photographer. Each family will be given one 8×7 and one 5×7 high-quality color print of their portrait. The prints will be supplied 4-6 weeks after the event and will be available for pick up at the LIFT-Evanston office.
Children’s Activities: Face painting, arts and crafts and other children’s activities will be available.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
- Please be aware: clients must call the LIFT-Evanston office by Friday August 12th at 847-491-6707 to sign up for their family’s appointment slot.
- The one 8″x7″ and one 5″x7″ prints are the only prints that will be provided free of cost. Additional portraits will not be provided at cost.
- Clients will be asked to sign a Publicity Release Form on the day of the event which will allow LIFT to use their quality pictures for promotional purposes. This is optional.
