We reject the hatred that was on display this weekend in Charlottesville on moral and economic grounds. Every day at LIFT, we see the multigenerational implications of government-sanctioned, identity-based hatred through the lens of poverty and lack of access to opportunity, particularly in communities of color.
We commit to even more aggressively advancing our efforts to spread love, hope and deep interdependence in our LIFT communities, and we stand in solidarity with the brave souls in Charlottesville and across the country who are fighting against hate and lifting up love every day.
